For its extraordinary marketing concept for Winx. The Riverside Tower, the DIC received no fewer than two awards: The Iconic Award elected the elegant and classy brochure 'Communication Winner'. In the German Design Award organised by the Rat für Formgebung (German Design Council), the clever marketing concept with its outstanding design was awarded the distinction 'Special Mention' in the 'Campaign and Advertising' category.

Exclusive architecture, exclusive furnishing, exclusive location: the WINX office tower is a highly attractive business place in the charming city centre MainTor district, which also persuaded entrepreneur Susanne Klatten: she bought the entire building in late November.

Already, 60 percent of the 360 ft tower are rented, and that’s even before construction has begun. The tenant is the Union Asset Management Holding. The company has rented 12 storeys of the premium tower for a 10 years term – including the spectacular glass lobby underneath. Altogether, the WINX office tower has 29 floors. Construction will commence in early 2015.
